Christmas Turkeys, Geese and Three Bird Roasts

If you're looking for something very special to eat for Christmas dinner, order a turkey, goose, three bird roast or chicken from Great Slamseys. Howard Blackwell of Coggeshall rears our Christmas poultry under the highest welfare conditions and because they are slow growing breeds, fed with high quality natural feeds and given plenty of room to move around, they have wonderful taste and texture. The traditional White Turkeys are reared on deep straw, in open barns with natural light and ventilation while the Bronze Turkeys and Geese can free range in grass paddocks. Choose from:

White Turkey - a traditional turkey with a large breast
Free Range Bronze Turkey - the connoisseur's choice with firm textured, full flavoured meat
Free Range Goose - a rich, distinctive meat
Chicken -large, mature chickens with moist, succulent flesh
Three Bird Roast - a boneless, easy to carve roast for a large party consisting of a goose stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with a pheasant, layered with apricot and sage stuffing.

All birds are supplied ready for the oven in individual boxes and will be available for collection on 23rd December (9am - 5pm) or 24th December (8am - 1pm).
