Christmas Turkeys and Geese

We believe that the finest turkeys are reared and produced with care by independent farmers, which is why all our turkeys are reared under the Golden Promise code of conduct by Howard Blackwell of Coggeshall. The special flavour and texture of these turkeys comes from using traditional, slow growing turkeys, fed a natural diet and reared to full maturity. In addition they are dry plucked and hung for at least seven days to enhance the flavour.

Make this Christmas special and choose a traditional white turkey, free-range bronze turkey or free range goose. To be sure of your Christmas turkey remember to order early!
